Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations and processes between FireLux Living (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
- Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ACH Payments
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
2.3 Payment Due Date
- One-Time Purchases: Payment is due upon receipt.
- Subscription Services: If applicable, payment is due on the first day of each month.
3. Invoicing
- Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued upon order completion.
- Delivery Method: Invoices will be sent electronically via email to the contact information provided by the Customer.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Interest on Late Payments
- A late payment interest of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) will be charged on outstanding balances.
4.2 Suspension of Services
- Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
- Services will be reinstated upon full payment, including late fees.
5. Disputed Charges
- Notification Period: Notify us within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Contact: sales@fireluxliving.com (include invoice number and explanation).
- Resolution: We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.
6. Refunds and Credits
- Policy Reference: Refunds or credits follow our Refund Policy.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
7. Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST).
- Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid certificate at the time of purchase.
8. Billing Errors
- Billing errors will be corrected promptly.
- Overcharges will be refunded or credited.
- Undercharges will be invoiced.
9. Subscription and Recurring Payments
9.1 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled per our Cancellation Policy.
- We may send a reminder prior to renewal.
9.2 Cancellation
- Provide written notice 30 days before the current billing cycle ends.
- Services will remain available through the end of the paid period.
10. Payment Security
- Payment information is handled securely in compliance with industry standards.
- We use Shopify Payments and do not store credit card info.
- SSL encryption protects all transactions.
11. Changes to Billing Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time.
- Updates will be posted at https://fireluxliving.com.
- Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
12. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 6 months.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States.
- All disputes must be brought in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

15. Entire Agreement
These Billing Terms, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding billing and supersede all prior agreements.
