Limitation of Liability for Hazardous Products:
Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for injuries, death, property damage, fire, burns, electrical hazards, carbon monoxide exposure, or any other harm caused by:

• Improper installation or use

• Misuse, abuse, or negligent operation of products
• Failure to properly maintain products
