Shipping Policy

1. Introduction
Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) aims to provide a clear, reliable shipping experience. This policy explains how orders placed on fireluxliving.com are shipped and delivered.

2. Where We Ship
We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations at this time.

3. Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).
• Any optional upgraded delivery services that may become available in the future will be clearly listed at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. This confirms that we have received your order and that your payment authorization was successful.

After your order is confirmed, we contact our warehouse or the product manufacturer to verify that the item is in stock and ready for shipment. If any item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email with the estimated restock or ship date.

If your order is in stock, it will proceed directly to processing and shipment according to the schedule below.

5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

6. Estimated Delivery Time
• Standard shipping: 4-12 business days depending on location and carrier transit times.
• Made-to-order or custom items may require additional lead time for production or assembly. Estimated lead times are shown on product pages or confirmed by email after purchase.
• All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or product availability.

7. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carriers based on item size and weight. All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.

8. Shipping of Products Containing Electrical, Heating, or Fire Components
Many products sold by Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) contain electrical heating systems, fire-related components, gas connections, or other potentially hazardous elements. These items require special handling, packaging, and inspection to ensure safe delivery and compliance with carrier regulations.

Important Requirements:
• Freight carriers may classify certain products under restricted, oversized, or hazardous material categories, which may affect delivery schedules and handling procedures.
• Customers must inspect all items immediately upon receipt and before signing the delivery receipt.
• Installation must be performed according to manufacturer instructions and by licensed or qualified professionals where required.
• Failure to follow proper installation and safety procedures may void warranties and create unsafe conditions.

Products in this category include but are not limited to fireplaces, fire features, electric heaters, saunas, gas appliances, outdoor fire pits, and related accessories.

9. Freight Deliveries for Large and Heavy Items
Freight shipments are curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. A valid phone number is required for the carrier to schedule delivery.

Freight Delivery Requirements for Hazardous Goods:
• Curbside-Only Delivery: Freight carriers deliver to the curb or nearest accessible point. Drivers are not required to bring items inside your home or business.
• Liftgate Service: If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, liftgate service may be required. This service lowers items to ground level and may incur additional fees if not included with your order.
• Inspection Rules Prior to Signing: You must thoroughly inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt. Check for visible damage, missing components, or packaging defects. Do not sign the receipt until you have completed your inspection.
• Documentation of Damage Requirement: If you observe any damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Failure to document damage before signing may affect your ability to file a claim.
• Signature Obligations: A signature is required to confirm receipt. Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition.
• Re-Delivery Fees: If you miss a scheduled delivery appointment, re-delivery fees may apply. Carriers typically charge between $75 and $200 for rescheduled freight deliveries. Please ensure someone is available during the scheduled delivery window.

10. Backorders
If a product temporarily goes out of stock or has extended lead times after your order is placed, you will receive an email notification with the estimated restock or ship date.

If the estimated delivery time changes, we will notify you immediately so you can choose whether to wait, substitute for another product, or cancel for a full refund.

Once the item becomes available, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

11. Tracking and Notifications
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment using the carrier's tracking page.

Please take clear photos of any damage and keep all packaging. Report damage or missing items to sales@fireluxliving.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Follow all manufacturer safety requirements and installation instructions.
• Obtain necessary permits and inspections as required by local authorities.

Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for personal injury, property damage, fire, electric shock, or any other harm caused by improper installation, failure to comply with safety codes, or misuse of products. By accepting delivery of these products, you acknowledge your responsibility for safe and compliant installation and use.

15. Warranty and Certification Notice
Most products sold by Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.

Many of our products include safety certifications from recognized testing laboratories, such as UL (Underwriters Laboratories), ETL (Intertek), CSA (Canadian Standards Association), or other applicable certification bodies. Certification details are listed on product pages where applicable.

Important:
