Product Warranty Information

At Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living), we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This page explains warranty coverage, claims procedures, and your rights as a customer.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

Most products sold by Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) are covered by manufacturer warranties that protect against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage, duration, terms, and exclusions are determined by the manufacturer of each product.

Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) is an authorized reseller of genuine products from reputable manufacturers. We do not manufacture the products we sell, and we do not provide our own independent product warranties unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Each product's warranty is provided by its respective manufacturer and may vary based on product type, brand, and model. Warranty information is typically included with your product in the form of a warranty card, printed documentation, or registration instructions.

2. What Manufacturer Warranties Typically Cover

Manufacturer warranties generally cover:
• Defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use
• Manufacturing defects that affect product performance or safety
• Replacement parts or repair services for covered defects
• Labor costs for authorized repairs (if specified in the warranty terms)

Coverage duration varies by manufacturer and product category. Common warranty periods include:
• 1 year limited warranty (most common for electrical and heating products)
• 2-5 year limited warranty (common for fireplaces, saunas, and major appliances)
• Lifetime limited warranty (offered by some manufacturers on select components)

3. What Is NOT Covered by Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer instructions
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface scratches
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, or acts of nature
• Products installed in violation of local building codes or safety regulations
• Products used for commercial purposes when sold for residential use
• Damage occurring during shipping or delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Installation labor, removal costs, or reinstallation expenses
• Consumable parts such as light bulbs, filters, or batteries

Improper installation is one of the most common reasons for warranty claim denials. Products involving electrical wiring, gas connections, venting systems, or structural modifications must be installed by qualified or licensed professionals according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.

4. Who Handles Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer or their authorized service centers. Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) acts as a facilitator to help you connect with the appropriate manufacturer representative, but we do not process, approve, or deny warranty claims.

How We Assist with Warranty Support:
• We provide manufacturer contact information and warranty documentation
• We help you locate warranty registration instructions and product information
• We can verify your purchase date and provide proof of purchase documentation
• We advocate on your behalf when communicating with manufacturers
• We assist with replacement product coordination when claims are approved

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by the manufacturer warranty, follow these steps:

Step 1: Review Warranty Documentation
Locate the warranty information that came with your product. Read the terms, coverage details, and exclusions carefully to determine if your issue is covered.

Step 2: Gather Required Information
Before contacting the manufacturer, prepare the following:
• Product model number and serial number
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue
• Description of the problem and when it first occurred
• Installation documentation (if applicable)

Step 3: Contact the Manufacturer
Reach out to the manufacturer's customer service or warranty department using the contact information provided in your product documentation. Manufacturer contact details may also be available on the product page where you made your purchase or on the manufacturer's official website.

Step 4: Contact Us for Assistance
If you need help navigating the warranty process, contact Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living):
Email: sales@fireluxliving.com
Phone: (414) 755-9851

Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide manufacturer contact information, verify your purchase, and assist with documentation as needed.

Step 5: Follow Manufacturer Instructions
The manufacturer will provide instructions for returning the product, scheduling a service appointment, or receiving replacement parts. Follow their instructions carefully to ensure your claim is processed efficiently.

6. Warranty Claim Processing Time

Warranty claim processing times vary by manufacturer. Typical timelines include:
• Initial response: 1-5 business days after contacting the manufacturer
• Claim review and approval: 5-14 business days
• Replacement parts shipping: 7-21 business days
• Service appointment scheduling: 1-4 weeks (varies by location and availability)

Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) is not responsible for manufacturer processing times, but we will follow up with manufacturers on your behalf if your claim experiences unusual delays.

7. Warranty Registration

Many manufacturers require or recommend product registration to activate or extend warranty coverage. Registration is typically completed online through the manufacturer's website using your product's model and serial number.

Benefits of registering your product:
• Ensures your warranty is active and on record
• Provides proof of ownership in case documentation is lost
• Enables manufacturers to contact you about product recalls or safety notices
• May extend warranty coverage or provide additional benefits

We strongly recommend registering your product with the manufacturer within 30 days of delivery.

8. Safety Certifications

Many products sold by Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) include safety certifications from recognized testing laboratories, such as:
• UL (Underwriters Laboratories)
• ETL (Intertek)
• CSA (Canadian Standards Association)
• CE (European Conformity)
• ANSI (American National Standards Institute)

Safety certifications indicate that products have been independently tested and meet applicable safety standards. Certification details are listed on product pages where applicable and may also be found on product labels, nameplates, or in user manuals.

Maintaining safety certifications requires proper installation and use according to manufacturer specifications. Unauthorized modifications or improper installation may void certifications and create safety hazards.

9. Extended Warranties and Protection Plans

At this time, Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) does not offer extended warranties or third-party protection plans. Coverage is limited to the manufacturer's standard warranty included with each product.

Some manufacturers offer optional extended warranty programs that can be purchased directly from them. Contact the manufacturer for information about extended coverage options.

10. Damage During Shipping

Damage that occurs during shipping is not covered by manufacturer product warranties. Shipping damage must be reported to Gramberg Holdings LLC (FireLux Living) within 48 hours of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged:
• Do not sign the delivery receipt without noting visible damage
• Take clear photos of the damage and all packaging materials
• Contact us immediately at sales@fireluxliving.com or (414) 755-9851
• Retain all packaging materials for inspection

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to file a damage claim and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

11. Important Warranty Requirements

To maintain valid warranty coverage, you must:
• Install products according to manufacturer instructions and local building codes
• Use qualified or licensed professionals for installation when required
• Follow all safety guidelines and operating instructions
• Perform recommended maintenance as specified by the manufacturer
• Use only authorized replacement parts and accessories
• Avoid unauthorized modifications or repairs

Failure to meet these requirements will void manufacturer warranties and may create safety hazards.

12. Legal Rights and Consumer Protection

This warranty information does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as provided by state or federal law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some warranty exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. You may have additional rights that vary by state.
